What do you say and do (the steps when going through it) when pulling someone over if you are a CHP Officer?

When you walk up to them you should first tell them why they are being pulled over and then ask them if they been drinking alcohol. You then ask them Can I see you license, registration, and proof of insurance sir if its a guy or mam if its a woman. you tell them to wait while you check their license, registration, and their insurance. you give them back their information then tell them that they are being given a citation for what ever they did and hand them the citation and tell them to sign their name in the red box
