Can you get sick by eating frozen raw chicken?

My friend wanted to see if it would work when i warned her not to, but I just want to make sure she'll be okay. She had a few little bites of frozen raw chicken and a few bites of frozen chicken. What will happen? & if she does get sick, how long will it take for symptoms to come in?
