My mom is a control freak and afraid of "predators" online, because I want to post youtube videos, help?

I really have NOTHING to do around the house. My mom complains that I spend too much time on the computer, the video games, etc. So I decided I wanted to do some youtube skits that where pretty clever. I was looking at camcorders and it was like $300 and my mom freaked out about it and she said "You're not going to post anything on youtube". She's such a control freak it's not even funny. Like she grounded me when I "went behind her back" and made a facebook (I just made a facebook without telling her). I didn't have a cellphone then and it was summer and I told her that's the only way I can keep in contact with friends and she didn't give a **** and still grounded me. The reason why she won't let me post anything on youtube because she's so afraid I'm going to give personal info because "she watched Opra and crazy nuts out there would do anything to get a 14 year old." ****, most the people I've met online (playing video games and chat roulette) say that I look and sound like I'm 16. Also when I'm playing with friends I met online she's always asks,"Who you playing with?" Then I told her people I met online and she said "Oh, I don't appreciate you doing that." and I told them my FIRST NAME ONLY and she said "Don't give personal info to people you don't know." I mean its not like I'm going to say to them "Sorry guys, I don't have a name". I actually like my friends online so that's why I play with them. I really don't see why she cares that I play like 5 hours of video games or stay up to 1AM in the morning playing it. Its the only friends I can actually socialize without leaving the house. Anyways I'm really pissed because 1. I can never go do anything with friends because it's rather "Not a good time" or she doesn't want to drive, 2. Because I can never do anything with my friends I just sit and play video games she gets pissed at me for playing all day 3. She's afraid that a pedophile will come to my house and rape a 14 year old that looks and sounds like a 16 year old. How can I explain to her that posting videos on youtube and having friends online isn't a big deal?
