How to make voice sound like smoker(Em calls paul skit)?

I want to call me cousin whos and eminem lover(like me) but I want to make my voice do like eminems in the Em calls paul skit. Is there a computer software or perhaps something I can buy to do that? Well actually I remember seeing something once but i don't know what it was called. anyone know?
