What is that old kids movie where kids fix up an abandoned tv broadcasting station and produce their own?

A group of kids find this abandoned tv broadcasting station. They fix it up and run their own broadcasting station where they act out skits to songs such as "Rockin' Robin" and other kid friendly songs. I need to know the name of that show. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
