( Girls Only is preferred!) Help with "woman" problem!!?

Okay so i'm 16 and I'm obviously a girl.What I meant by woman problems is that my vagina is always wet.It feels as if i'm always peeing a little.I have to stand up to wipe it when I go to the bathroom or it stays wet. I'm also worried about pimple like mutilations on the lips. I'm afraid the wetness maybe cultivating them.They look exactly like pimples but when you squeeze them nothing comes out.Any ideas what they are?Yes I know I should go to the gyno but I only started my period in January so I haven't exactly gotten around to it.By the way I'm a cheerleader so I'm constantly moving around and that makes the wetness even greater.I have never agreed to have sex.I was raped when I was 7.
